Conteporary dance and Improvisation
The workshop begins by connecting with our need for movement, availability, states, intuition that through various exercises not only coming from dance but also from reformed exercises of other techniques such as martial arts (kung fu / tai chi) and Boxing what we use as means to enhance the work of our center and the birth, execution, dynamics, power and reception of a movement and our attention to it. preparing our body for different support possibilities, imbalances, falls, spirals, transfers and communication, both in ground and standing sequences.
In the second part we will focus more on improvisation exercises that will lead us to work individually on occasions with one or more other people and space, providing greater knowledge / enrichment in our movements and in a compositional discursive development.

Dance and writing workshop
This is about extracting the fantastic raw material of life and finding, each one, the way to express it. There is some joy in this work.
It is addressed to every person who has the desire to experience it with or without previous experience.
We propose to explore the resources that the writing and the movement itself give.
The workshop is developed:
- In three sessions with a duration of 9 hours in the case of weekends.
Saturday 11am to 5.30pm (lunch break)
Sunday 11am to 2pm
- In the case that a course is one week, it will be 2 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

The relationship from the skin is the beginning of our journey towards the exploration of different limits, exchanges of weights, levels, touches that touch so much are touched from the superficial to the deep.
To be open to other forms or recognize our own ways of doing through multiple compositions of our relationship with the other or others and the space.
Various expressions will be used from the world of dance and acrobatics, but the connecting path of everything will be improvisation, research, perception and awareness of our body.
Format:
A weekend of 4 hours a day with a closing Jam or during a 3-hour week with a final Jam.
